Website FAQ for dog daycare
15 questions your doggy daycare's website should answer
Daycare is a weekly commitment, so owners compare places closely and ask the same things every time: how a first day works, who their dog plays with and what a month costs. Write the answers on your site, short and specific, and use them on your booking pages as well as an FAQ.

Examples
What a good answer looks like
Written for a made-up business. Use the length and the directness, not the facts.
Does my dog need an assessment day?
Yes. Every new dog spends a free half day with us, meeting a small group one dog at a time while a member of staff watches. We'll ring you by lunchtime to say how it's going and which group suits your dog.
What time can I drop off in the morning?
Doors open at 7am and drop-off runs until 9:30am. Pick-up is from 4pm to 6:30pm, and after that we charge $10 for each 15 minutes.
How much is a full day compared with a half day?
A full day is $42 and a half day, up to five hours, is $30. A pack of 10 full days costs $380 and can be used over three months.
FAQ
Putting answers on your site
Google stopped showing FAQ dropdowns in its results in 2026, so the win is the answers themselves: written on your pages, where people and AI assistants read them.
Type to search these questions, or ask anything about getting found on Google and AI.
Should we say how many dogs we take each day?
Yes, if the number is steady. A figure like “no more than 30 dogs a day across three groups” tells owners more about your daycare than a photo can, and assistants can quote it.
Some dogs don't pass the assessment. Should the site explain why?
Briefly, yes: list what you look for on the day, and say that some dogs are happier with a walker or sitter. Owners take a “no” better when the reasons were written down beforehand.
Wednesdays are always full. Should we say so?
Yes, with the days that fill up and how your waiting list works. It saves owners signing up for a day you can't give them, and it gives them a reason to wait for a space.
