15 questions to answer on your pet taxi website
Owners look for pet transport when they can't drive their pet themselves, and they want to know exactly how the journey works before they hand over the lead or the carrier. Answer these on your site, trip by trip, so they can book without a string of calls.

Examples
What a good answer looks like
Written for a made-up business. Use the length and the directness, not the facts.
Can you take my dog to the vet and wait?
Yes. We collect your dog, take them into the practice, wait and bring them home, and we'll ring you as soon as the appointment ends. Waiting is £8 per half hour on top of the fare.
How often do you stop on a long trip?
We stop every two to three hours for water, a short walk on the lead and a check on every pet. During stops, pets stay in the van with the air conditioning running and a driver beside it.
Will you help with my pet's travel paperwork?
We book the flight, supply the crate and take your pet to the airport. The health certificate and any treatments come from your vet, and we'll send you the official government guidance for the country you're moving to.
FAQ
Putting answers on your site
Google stopped showing FAQ dropdowns in its results in 2026, so the win is the answers themselves: written on your pages, where people and AI assistants read them.
Type to search these questions, or ask anything about getting found on Google and AI.
Should vet runs and moves abroad be on separate pages?
Yes. Someone booking a ten-minute vet run and someone planning a move overseas search differently and need different answers. A page for each lets you price and explain both properly.
Can we list the long-distance routes we run regularly?
Yes, with how often you run them, like London to Edinburgh every other Tuesday. Owners on those routes can see when to book, and assistants can match you to the journey they're asked about.
How do we describe the van so owners can picture the trip?
Write what's inside: crate sizes, how they're fixed, ventilation, temperature control, a camera if you have one. A sentence on each, beside a labelled photo, says more than “purpose-built”.
